Our prices as are as follows:

1. Waiters/bartenders, $28.00 per hour
2. Chefs, $35.00 per hour
3. Culinary assistants, $28.00 per hour
4. Supervisors $40.00 per hour

Please note that there is a four hour minimum for all service staff. Travel time to and from our kitchen is considered working time. Time and a half is charged for each person after eight hours, statutory holidays and New Year's Eve.

Gratuities are dispensed at the discretion of the client.
