OILS & VINEGARS

Luque Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
This exceptional olive oil is produced according to the latest organic farming practices on the Luque family estate in Castro del Rio in the southeast of the province of Cordoba, Spain.  We select this oil for its appealing complexity of taste...fruity, grassy at first followed by gentle bitter notes and with a final pepperiness. It is an ideal multi-use oil for dressing cold and cooked foods and for use in cooking.

Nuñez de Prado
This organic, unfiltered extra-virgin olive oil is produced on a family-owned estate in Andalusia using a unique crushing method where the olives are pressed under giant granite millstones causing the ‘flor’ (flower) to run off. The oil that drips naturally from the crushed olives captures all the essential fruity, earthy olive flavors and is deliciously addictive. Transform the simplest foods into something special. Drizzle the oil over grilled vegetables, steak or fish. Use as a bread dipper or brush on crostini and make a sensational dressing for your salads.

Crespi Taggiasca Olive Oil
A single variety extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Taggiasca olives. These rare tiny olives are only found in the hills of the Riviera. Crespi assures the quality and characteristics of the taggiasca olive in this single variety oil, which are the straw yellow colour, delicate aroma and sweet flavour with subtle notes of almond.

Chianti Red Wine Vinegar
This vinegar derives its origins from the Chianti Classic wine, and is D.O.C.G. quality rated. Through acetification and exposure to air, in a natural way which allows for the ageing process to occur in an oak barrels, the vinegar develops a ruby red colour with a strong, full-bodied taste.  An essential for your summer salads.

Agusti Torello Cava Vinegar
The grapes that are used in the Agustí Torelló Mata Cavas are traditional and local: Macabeo, Xarello and Perellada.  It is this premium quality Cava that goes into the process of making their barrel-aged, naturally fermented elixir called "Cava Vinegar".

Minus 8 Wine Vinegar
Rare and limited in production, Minus 8 Wine Vinegar is produced in Niagara Vineyards. This intense fruity vinegar is named after the freezing temperature at which the grapes are hand-picked and processed. Use as the finishing touch to dressings and sauces and enjoy in a small glass after dinner as a digestif.
